So I have been attempting to have a healthier lifestyle starting this month so for lunch today I had this. It was a simple recipe that I tweaked a little bit and let me tell you, IT WAS AMAZING. I could eat this everyday for lunch if I could. It is fresh, delicious, and so flavorful. It is super easy and quick too; for anyone who is in a rush.
All you need:
1 avocado
1/2 lemon
salt
pepper
chicken
tomatoes
onions
bell peppers
place everything on top of the avocado and squeeze some fresh lemon juice, some salt and pepper and dig in! Super easy, super delicious, and super good for you!
